Make easy pulled lamb flatbreads with slow-cooked lamb shoulder, fresh salad and a quick yoghurt sauce. A family-friendly South African-style lamb recipe perfect for a Friday night.

Pulled Lamb Flatbreads
Slow-cooked lamb meets Friday-night finger food.
Method
- 01 Heat oven to 160°C.
- 02 Season lamb with paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.
- 03 Place onion and garlic in roasting dish and lamb on top.
- 04 Add stock and Worcestershire sauce.
- 05 Cover tightly and cook 2½–3 hours until very tender.
- 06 Shred with two forks.
- 07 Mix yoghurt, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- 08 Warm flatbreads and fill with lamb, salad and sauce.
Make extra — tomorrow's leftovers just became lunch.
